APPLES AND PEARS OF NEW YORK
This remarkable set of apple and pear prints were compiled in 1851 New York by Ebenezer Emmons.
In this collection of 16 prints, Emmons carefully lithographed and hand coloured the apple
renderings to perfection. The colours are still vibrant and the images, though many are now
extinct, elicit that tarty sweetness of the American wild apple we all know and love.
Perfect for the kitchen and breakfast areas. Fruit prints are also highly fashionable today,
and never really go out of style. They are a classic you will enjoy for years!
These prints sizes are approximately 9" x 11", largely in fine condition and are priced accordingly
